It's not like he's some high power attorney. He lives in a house that's generously listed at $681,000. While not poor, they are certainly not rich for this area.

Phillip Leier, at a minimum, was aware of the conspiracy to send fraudulent legal bills to Monique Wells. His email address pbleiser@leiserlaw.com was CC'ed on the email from Sharon Moreno to David Trinnes where the scheme was first hatched. Phillip Leiser and the Leiser Law firm stood to benefit financially from the illegal billing.
Phillip Leiser was also behind convincing tootguy to file charges in the infamous horn-honking case.
