Actually bankruptcy isn't that bad. If you're not planning to purchase or refinance a house within a couple years of a Chapter 7, you may not experience any negative effects at all.

Phillip Leiser lost in appeal to his former partner August McCarthy. The in the VA Supreme Court decision came out in May and McCarthy left the firm in 2007. Funny how they are still fighting over 13 years later. We can look forward to Miz v. eesh still going strong in 2027.
