Actually continuity on the White House Cabinet is a big deal. Instability and revolving door hires and fires are a problem Trump can ill afford. So far he has lost Communications Director, Press Secretary, National Security Advisor and has stated he wished he never had hired his Attorney General (and Deputy AG).

Losing a Sec of State this soon would be bad. I know its fun to make believe nothing Trump does is bad but its simply not a position an intelligent adult would take. Sorry you are neither adult nor intelligent if you think its no big deal to have Tillerson talking about leaving.
