Maybe. Obama was popular, but his policies weren't. We won't know how unpopular Trump's policies are until 2020. 2018 will offer a glimpse as well, but Trump's supporters are just as pissed off at Ryan and McConnell as they are at Schumer and Pelosi - so the mid-terms might not be a true barometer of Trump policy support.
