looks like you have the silver package with its high pitched "ooh" sound.

would you like to upgrade today to the gold package? it comes with the standard "ooh" plus intermittent beeps.

or, you could upgrade to the platinum package, which comes with both the gold and silvers packages plus a free DVR so you can pause or rewind your favorite TV show and not miss a beep.
