Eesh turned over his computers to Sensei with the stipulation that any information obtained during the forensic examination would remain confidential. The Morenos signed off on those conditions which the Court is responsible for enforcing as a condition of accepting the report as evidence. Yet the Morenos posted the Sensei report on this forum. If eesh had had a real attorney the report would have been thrown out and the Morenos sanctioned for disclosing the contents.

For what it's worth, the forensic examination itself was full of holes. An expert witness for eesh could have picked it apart and discredited most of the findings with relatively little effort.

But the judgement was discharged anyway, so all's well.

I'm not a party to the suit, and all's well that ends well. Things actually worked out better than if the suit had been thrown out of Circuit Court. The Morenos ended up spending a lot more money, plus all the hours and travel expenses for Phil's failed adversary proceeding.
