Not sure if you guys are interested in going the legal route with music downloads, but if you are, there's a Russian site called AllOfMP3.com. The main page is in Russian, but if you click on any Latin character where the letters A-Z are displayed for browsing purposes, you get the site in English. They charge two cents per megabyte of music you download. Only downside is you have to prepay at least $10 to create a balance from which you pay.

Still has a decent selection though. Not the same as iTunes or Limewire, but pretty good nonetheless.
