In many states and districts those who Trump supporters are dismissing as "turncoats" and RINOs got more votes in their house or senate races than Trump got in the same states or districts. If Trump, who didn't even get a plurality of the popular vote, is claiming a mandate from his election, then why can't those establishment Republicans who won by larger margins in their states or districts make the same claim.
