Why? Like everytime I poop I fart loud. People can hear it outside the bathroom. I try to make it quiter but I can't/: how can I reduce the noise?

You're eating too much fiber.

Why try to reduce? Does it not feel great to let out a large, loud ripper? It is one of life's great pleasures, well, not to mention the sheer act of sitting in a bathroom stall at the office.

Trying to suppress that explosion is not healthy. Your co-workers must learn to deal.

I'm thinking more about social situations than I am work. I met a girl at a friend's party about a month ago, and we spend a lot of time at eachother's places. When I have to take a shit around her, I try to do it as quietly as possible. I even reach over to the faucet so the running water can drown out the fart noises.

It must be something about your diet. WTF are you eating? I never fart when I poop. Only happens if I'm sick or eaten something that has caused the bowels to be unhappy.
