4 YEARS AGO, I had a woman walk up behind me at a dinner event and slap/grab my ass

it was a quick slap and she jokingly followed it with "so when are you going to buy me a beer?"

I thought nothing of it and luckily we had a 1 beer coupon handed out before the event, so I just gave her that and never saw her again


here is my question

if the woman who slapped my ass becomes famous or runs for public office, can I then go to the news and sue her or try to destroy whatever she is doing?
