No, if so, which he did not admit, then most likely it would be as a result of various credits and carry-overs which can be substantial. You don't get to deduct debt, only interest payments on some forms so that makes no sense. Most all of his businesses roll up to him for tax purposes so not as simple as your part-time wages from the 7-11 that you submit on your Form 1040EZ.
