The more likely outcome IMHO is that jail will just harden her and she will come back emboldened, embittered, and enraged. She will attack someone, things will quickly escalate, and someone will end up seriously injured or dead.

I was able to access the case info online but if you look at the top in red text it says that it's been transferred to Circuit Court. Normally that would be good thing as the Circuit Court pages provide a ton more information. You can see all the motions. That's how we found out lizzie's getting transferred.

Unfortunately, FFX Co Circuit Court cases aren't online. I think they're hidden behind a pay wall.

IMO, that's the most likely explanation for her ballooning weight, especially when you consider just how fast she gained weight.

It also means that it likely didn't occur at Miz' place as he's probably living in some apartment in Loudoun Co. That and the fact that lizzie is testifying on behalf of the Morenos further supports this.

Actually, you could be incorrect. If it was a domestic assault that occurred at her mom's in Fairfax city, it wouldn't show up online because it's a domestic case and the only reason the Fairfax probation violation case is active and showing is because the possible domestic fairfax city case is violating it.

Who TF knows where miz lives? H emay have moved to Fairfax to be closer to Lizzie. (And can't get an apt in Loudoun anyhow because all the Loudoun landlords have seen what a pig sty he made out of his last place.)

Also, perhaps she did indeed injure miz, and now miz has promised NOT to press criminal charges if she helps him in his case against eesh. History has taught us that miz's favorite anti-eesh witness is an incarcerated lizzie. Of course, he may turn his back on her once the case is over. Worse, if manic Mo really shits the bed in court, and ruins the morono's case, miz will of course turn on her and leave her to rot in jail.

We know the person injured was a family member because it is in JDR court. Possibly Miz was a bystander during the incident and got caught in the crossfire. But it is a family member who is responsible for charges being filed.

I thought she was essentially cuckholding miz by living in his place, driving his car (illegally), and spending his money, but dating and fucking Kris.

Why did miz put up with this?
1)He needed her help fighting eesh.
2)He felt he would eventually win her over (especially once he became an overnight millionaire by suing eesh for his entire net worth.)

There was some big fight, culminating in lizzie physically brutalizing miz. Probably over miz's demand that she stop having sex with Kris, or at least give HIM some.

This is all very painful for miz, which is why he keeps trying to end any discussion of lizzie on this board.

There is absolutely no evidence of any fight between Lizzie and Miz. Furthermore Miz would do everything in his power to keep Lizzie on his side for the trial.

We know two things:

- Lizzie had been living at home until shortly before the incident, when she posted a change of address form.
- the incident involved assault on a family member.

^^Anything beyond that is speculation. She was probably fucking Kris and may have been sleeping over at both of their houses and borrowing their vehicles.

But seriously, how do we KNOW it was a family member? Couldn't domestic violence just involve a roommate?

Say, lizzie has just been kicked out of folks' house.
Lizzie moves in with miz - this is fine with miz as lizzie's going to help with the eesh trial.
Lizzie announces change of heart - doesn't want to help prosecute eesh, whom she still loves.
Miz explodes, and yells at lizzie to leave his house.
Lizzie, facing rejection AND homelessness, goes full retard and tries to kill miz.
