As you correctly point out, nothing new on lizzie until 12/15, UNLESSS she assaults another corrections officer, (I guess someone should really be checking the Fairfax County court records daily.) Her jailhouse chimpout has added another court date in mid-Feb.
I don't envision lizzie being let out on her own recognisance, and in any case, when they do finally try her for her various pecadillos, there will probably be substantial jail time, so she might as well stay in the clink and start racking up credit for time served. Hey, shes earning credit for time served a lot faster than eesh earns academic credit!
So, there just isn't going to be a lot to discuss regarding lizzie. I do wish eesh or that George Curley dude would go to her trials and tell us the specifics - what she did, how she behaved in court, whether miz showed up to show support. What would be REALLY cool is if eesh called her, recorded the call, and played it for us, like lizzie used to do with miz.

This thread will age slowly, and will mellow like fine wine. There will be updates as new developments in Fairfax vs Mo arise.
I suspect a lot of these court dates will result in continuances, as there is no hurry to try lizzie - she may as well hang out in the ADC for a few months (years?) and rack up the time served. So, not a lot of exciting news.
Would be nice if someone could show up to her court appearances and take notes.
We can probably expect the occasional surprise from lizzie - assaults on guards, fighting with other inmates, etc. But, there won't be much material, as lizzie herself is unable to post here. I wonder how she's adapting to that, BTW.

I just got back from some wonderful holiday shopping, got the tea kettle on and about to take the pot roast out of the oven. Gonna wrap some gifts after we eat.
Sucks to be lizzie staring at those cold grey walls all day, not a hint of tinsel or xmas tree anywhere in the joint. Just drab boring grey walls and herself to talk to. Wonder what it's like to be off your meds and in the joint...actually nevermind I don't wanna know!!
