The next major event will be her December 15th court date. She will have already spent Halloween and Thanksgiving in the slammer. Barring a miracle she will also spend Christmas, New Year's and her 27th birthday (January 17th) in jail as well awaiting her next court date. I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if she spends her 28th, 29th, 30th birthdays and beyond in jail too.

The gears of justice grind slowly and when your fat monkey ass is on probation to begin with you will spend the time in between court dates in jail.

In my opinion the Morenos should have done everything possible to bury this. They seemingly support him financially, and could have cut off funds for non-compliance.

This trial was probably all but won in the pre-trial motions to determine what evidence would even be admissible. The email where Moreno claimed to have swatted him self, all the pictures taken outside of eesh's house, the Strath Rd Stalker comic, all that shit and more was probably never shown to a jury because eesh was completely outmaneuvered legally. Not having a lawyer really fucked him up.

That said, eesh continued to post about the Morenos even after getting served. He went so far as to show up at William's apartment in the middle of the night which gave Leiser the cause he needed for a protective order. THEN, eesh fucked up and violated it and even got convicted of violating it. All of that would have been presented to a jury.

It's unclear whether or not the jury found lizzie credible but a good lawyer probably could have taken care of her even if she wasn't dismissed as a witness outright.

Then there was Sensie Enterprises which concluded that eesh had used some software to remove shit from his computer. This was considered "spoilation of evidence". From what I understand this backfired on eesh in a HUGE way. Because eesh was found to have spoiled the evidence, everything alleged in the lawsuit regarding eesh's computer use was assumed to have been true in court.

eesh just really fucked up big time. Sure the judgement in next to worthless, but that won't stop Leiser from dragging eesh's ass to endless asset discovery hearings for decades to come and when eesh's father dies eesh won't be able to inherent that house without Leiser coming after it.

The Morenos are vindictive shits and Sharon probably suffers from Asperger's or Autism too. One aspect of those disorders are that they obsess over shit (just look at Sharon posting in the comment section of those articles). They are clearly obsessed with making eesh's life hell and getting "payback". They have the judgement, money and permanent PO's and legal team to do just that.

That happens sometime in December. I think today was the appearance for her speeding ticket. Remember, she was very proud of that because it proved she could drive. A couple of days after her speeding ticket, she was arrested for stabbing someone, or brandishing a gun, or something along those lines, and has been locked up ever since. Today is her 73rd day, incidentally. She has beaten eesh by a landslide!

Refusing to eat as long as she is locked up!

Lizzie has more than doubled eesh's record of 28 days. It's safe to say that she's soundly #winning on that front. Just how spectacularly remains to be seen.
