I do trust that justice will be served in this case, and that the sad truth is that she needs to be completely rehabilitated for over a decade before she has even the slightest chance of recovery and reintegration into civilized society.

Make her serve five years for the assault on an officer, another two for the probation violation, two for the firearm, and a full ten for the malicious wounding. That's 19 years, which I know sounds harsh but with good behavior she could be out in merely 17 years.

Lizzie could be out by the time she's 44, if she works hard, repents her sins and makes a real effort at becoming mentally well. She could still have a life someday.

According to 3 minutes of research people convicted of violent crimes are less likely to be released into a half-way house. Add to that the possibility of an additional conviction of an assault on a CO while locked up and I'd say she's pretty far down the list for something like this.

Very cool, you can take creative license too if you put "BASED" on a true story in the intro credits of the film/series. Give him an eye patch IMO. More evil that way. I have a couple suggestions for actors too if you'd be interested in hearing them.

Thanks for the detailed history lesson. Hammy really should have had better sense then to involve herself with this mess. I understand her being upset about her pictures being posted online but taking eesh to trial at the behest of Moreno was not worth it. Calling up Papa John's corporate offices was just plain silly as it needlessly deepened her involvement in this toxic forum.

It's documented fact now that William Moreno does post on Fairfax Underground, in violation of the terms of his plea agreement, and in violation of state law § 18.2-152.6. Miz is here. Miz is posting. Miz is banned. Miz is breaking the law.

Because William Moreno regularly visits and posts on this board, he obviously can not be damaged or traumatized by anything said here. This proves the sworn claims he made in his civil lawsuit are false, and that William Moreno has committed perjury. If he is so traumatized by this board, why does he continue to visit it?
