conflagration motion: a motion made when counsel doesn't know what the word 'conflagration' means. *it means, a large, all-consuming fire*

matches motion: used for purposes of two attorneys who are irritated with each other for wearing matching outfits on a day at court; also for purposes of starting a conflagration motion...

supercilious motion: a motion set for purposes of taking issue with someone who sees you on the street but does not simply say "Hello!".

bond motion: a motion set when two attorneys have begun some meaningful male-bonding. also used to try to convince the judge that George Lazenby was in fact the best James Bond, despite appearing in only one Bond movie. Also functions as a regular bond motion (one which has nothing to do with James Bond or George Lazenby)

I'm sure it has something to do with his incompetency or the simple fact that he can't pronounce their last name.
