Per the Santa Clara County DA, former NFL Defensive Player Of The Year Dana Stubblefield has been charged with raping a developmentally disabled woman last year in his Morgan Hill home.
The incident allegedly occurred in April 2015 and there is DNA evidence tying Stubblefield to the case. According to documents referenced by the San Jose Mercury News, Stubblefield conducted an interview with the alleged victim, who was applying for a job as a nanny, then called her back shortly after she left under the guise of wanting to pay her for her time.
