The Leisers have no justification to drag TJ, a juvenile, into a deposition for their million dollar civil suit. The court would normally appoint a guardian ad litem if he was actually involved. The Guardian Ad Litem would of course tell the Lesiers to "fuck off" and stick their deposition where the sun would never shine on it.

It's really not that serious, dummy. No one takes the Morenos or their lawyers seriously. Tj doesn't need a G.A.L or a lawyer for anything since he didn't do anything. Although the Morenos and their lawyers are trying to claim he did. They are deposing Tj because the Morenos are stupidly paying for it, lmao. The Morenos said they wouldn't press charges against Tj if he gave up info on eesh and I. Maybe I do. Note that I did not say you were wrong. The Leisers may well be (and probably are) planning to file charges against TJ. However TJ is not a party to the Miz vs. eesh civil case and he cannot be compelled to give a deposition.

Pretty sure you don't. I know the Morenos are malicious, vindictive, lying fat asses who will try to drag anyone down with them because they're bitter, angry and miserable. The Lesiers can't file charges against Tj because Tj hasn't done anything to them. They would have already done it if they had actual proof or evidence of such doings.
