So I live inLoudoun County so the Elementary school kids 7:20 am. I love waking up early and looking at the kids going to school. What time does FCPS school start ? Do you wake up early to take pictures of the cute 5th graders and 4th graders going to school? My neighbor is name Katherine and she supper cute and bad ass. She was a patrol for the 1st quarter but now she got suspend cause her homework and behavior grades were bad.
