Any good malls to kidnap children???

My friend and I are looking for small, local malls where we can kidnap tiny children, preferably in the 4-8 year old range. I am not looking to take any midgets, only real children. I we tried Tysons Corner Mall porque unable to capture any kiddies. Yo just can't seem to shake this child abduction fetish, even after all the years of rehab in the county pen. Any help would much appreciated.
I am 30years, latino and good hair, green shirt.

you should go to this small shopping center located at

3730 Old Lee Highway
Fairfax, VA 22030-1800
Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm weekdays

Go right on in and ask the nice people at the front desk about your preferences.
