I like how they had a $58 mil debt due today and made a payment of $628,000.....hahahaha! Don't think that will work. Total Puerto Rico debt- $78 BILLION hahahaha

Only choice they have is to claim indepedence. Establish sovereignty. Create a new currency and proclaim all old debts now the responsibility of the United States because it was a former territory.

Doubt it. What the services the Government cuts back on, your hotel will have to cover. Most likely security.
