Did they map ocean currents from when MH370 was lost? They could porbably zero in on the greatest probability of where it originated. Compare that to their already made conclusions and potentially come up with a new plan of action.
The fact that it is in the Indian Ocean alone speaks volumes about their findings already and what may have occurred.
If it is MH370.
Also, there may be more debris that accompanied this piece.

But, your boy Don Lemon said it was sucked up by a black hole.

If it's a piece of a 777, which should be easy to determine in a few minutes, it undoubtedly came from MH370. How many other 777's have crashed in the Indian Ocean?
And judging by the amount of crap growing on it, it looks like the appropriate age for MH370 crash date.

Trying to figure out what it means. I guess it would prove the plane crashed and the type of impact. Maybe some growth on the wings could explain possible origin.

This particular beach is about 4,000 miles from the most likely MH370 crash sites. If this flaperon did come from MH370, it would probably have been carried by the Indian Ocean gyre, which moves clockwise. (If the wing had traveled by gyre, there would have to have been some insulation or trapped air to keep it afloat.) To check that theory, the inspectors would have to check the flaperon’s paint and metal for corrosion, expecting to see damage that looked about a year old. Tytelman points out that the wing section does not have any sea grass on it, suggesting that it had not been at sea for long.
Let's be reasonable. If it is in fact from a triple 7, which will be verified by part numbers, it HAS to be from MH370 because no other triple 7's have ever crashed in the ocean. The only other triple 7 crashes were on land.

It's an airplane wing. They are made to light. I think the 777 is a composite material. It may not need to an air pocket. It might be light enough to float on it's own.
Remember in order to float an object must only displace its weight in water. That has a lot of surface area and is probably isn't very heavy.

BB670 is BeechCraft

I think that's a red herring. The code "BB-670" coincidentally matches the construction number of a particular Beechcraft airplane built in 1980, tail number N17VA. But the wreckage cannot be from that plane, because it's still intact, and was flying as recently as earlier today! https://flightaware.com/live/flight/N17VA

It's confirmed that the debris is from a 777 so yes it's from MH370

So still answer from the MH370 part? Part of the airplane or not.
They should have live streaming cockpit video from all planes to the headquarters of the airline.
