The criminal appeal hasn't happened. This was solely the protective order so this means there isn't one in place. The judge was going to reschedule it and asked what dates I had available to victim witness however he continues to post about me and to me via proxies. The criminal appeal will be assigned a date to be heard on the 11th business day from the date of the appeal. So it hasn't been given a docket date yet for the revenge porn and online harassment re trial. This said if basl thinks dropping his petition to appeal reverse the protective order he is wrong. It just reverts to the originals judges sentencing and we both get re served the protective order. In the criminal re trial I will be asking for another protective order to be issued and anything he does between now and then will be used against him. I am also always at any time able to refuse a PPO on him and can if needed. As the victim witness said I have been in and out of the hospital as a result of basls actions and have been ill and the judge did understand. This isn't the victory he is makings the seem to be.

Side note: the post article is running this week and yes basl went on the record yet again.

Civil suit? That's a bit far fetched but she would have a good chance at it since she was not originally a poster here. Only came to defend herself and was attacked by eesh. Having an arrest and conviction against him would make it that much easier too. She might want to think about that.

Considering I spoke to the reporter yesterday again in person he is not a fan of eesh and agreed when I said he was "psychopath." I don't think you quite know what your speaking about. I think eesh spewed many lies, however him admitting he is eesh and eesh is Michael Basl for the post and the Potomac local confirms his identity in my case without the use of the Moreno transcripts. This negates his whole collusion theory he was trying to present as his defense for him personally posting my nude photos of his own free will. I am not concerned about a slap on the wrist anymore for him in court, I feel the book will be thrown at him after admitting in court he did it all (photos and the meme to have me arrested) then appealed it. He is now the one wasting the courts time, resources and further mocking it by even this post immediately after today's hearing.

He failed to mention that Megan can have it reinstated at any time and they asked or a reschedule for the hearing since she couldn't make it but Megan isn't worried. It's going to be reinstated at the criminal case hearing. He will be found guilty because he admitted to it and was found guilty on his own behalf. Appeals are for people who feel the courts did something wrong, not for idiots who admit to shit and then get surprised that they're found guilty of a crime they admitted they committed.

Last time I am discussing this, the reporter writes a lot about cases in Fairfax court (Google him and you can easily see this) l. He came across miz's suit and began googling then found this intriguing enough to write a piece on it. (He told me he approached Moreno first. No one sought this out to be publicized.) I still don't know the contents of the piece. Hell I didn't even know who the guy in the blue shirt at the trial was, I assumed he was a user of the forum. When the case was moved from one court room to another he was the only one I didn't know who walked with us all and I couldn't identify. I didn't know until after the verdict and sentence were handed down and I was outside waiting to be served the updated protective order he worked for the post. However to my advantage because he saw eesh admit to the crime the appeal may wipe his conviction but the reporter can now be subpoenaed to testify to what he heard in the courtroom and it would not be hearsay either. Funny how God works and karma does people who put out good in the world favors when they least expect or even know that something helpful is happening.

You are so dense. I didn't know who he was until after my case when he explained who he was and asked for a statement. I didn't involve myself in anything. Just like I didn't approach 48 hours and didn't lie about being on TV. Get real you are not even worth the effort to respond. You can make sense out of stupid or make irrational people see rational thought. Keep running in circles chasing your tail I am done.

You didn't know he was a reporter at the time, but you knew a reporter was looking at the Miz case. When you found out who he was you couldn't wait to give him your story. Now you're so sick about it you can't even show up for court. You big dummy.

Just like saying she was married to Josh long before she really was, and claiming pregnancy as the culprit for her obesity time and again.

If Miz's case were the focus of his piece why would he publish it now, so long before it even goes to trial? There is really nothing there at this point--just a pending a lawsuit seeking a judgment which has absolutely zero chance of ever being collected on.

On the other hand there are plenty of crazy, kooky characters to write about. Let's summarize, starting with baby killer Miz himself. Miz has no job and claims to have some sort of disability. The elderly Miz parents are supporting their son and are arguably the tragic heroes of the drama. They have hired the shady Leiser law firm with a history of suing judges and their own clients. The opponent of the Miz family is the crazy stalker and perpetual community college student eesh, who is unemployed and potentially soon to be unemployable.

There is a bipolar and partially autistic Lizzy with her flip-flopping loyalties to eesh, stalking and rape of a teen girl, and crazy fixation on posting the same things over and over and over on this site. No driving license, unable to hold a job, and owes thousands of dollars in fines.

The true Queen of the drama is Megan herself. Also bipolar, she is a narcissistic serial criminal who gained notoriety as one of the 10 most wanted fugitives in the county. She steals from and abuses her mother, calls the father of her own children a nigger in front of them, steals promotional makeup photos from other web sites and claims they are her own work, she calls and makes anonymous complaints to businesses she has never dealt with in order to settle a grudge for a random acquaintance, etc. etc. She exchanges texts and conversations with a 15-year old boy and possibly incites him to run away. Megan also has no driving license and owes thousands in unpaid criminal fines.

The only possible sympathetic characters are the Miz parents who feel compelled to spend their hard-earned life savings on a quixotic lawsuit on behalf of their son. The family loyalty there is admirable. It's just too bad they are effectively transferring a large chunk of their son's inheritance to some greedy crooked shyster lawyers. Win or lose, the Miz family will never see a dime from eesh, you can bank on that.

Could be an interesting story... especially if the reporter himself is called to testify and becomes a player in his own narrative, complete with midnight stalkings...
