Why mass shootings/bombers/serial killers/etc. never target gang bangers or criminal types? I mean why go after innocent people?. They're going to get killed or sit in jail for life anyways so why not do society a favor and take out the garbage while they're at it. You may at least get some public sympathy.

It's just like eesh, who lives right next door to a house full of sex offenders, but drives over 100 miles to harass and stalk the mentally ill, underage, troubled, and developmentally challenged.

The psycho whiteys want to feel empowered so picking on innocent (weaker people) give them the opportunity. Picking a fight with a tougher person won't give them the high they want since they themselves will fear them.
