If by winning you mean he wanted out and got out then sure. If you mean he now has recourse in a lawsuit then doubtful. I doubt the contract would have been signed w/o proper clauses to insure that said idiot wouldn't do something that would be detrimental to their audience (eg if he killed someone or, I don't know, offend a shit load of people with his stupidity, as an example)

Univision dumped Trump programming (Mainly Miss Universe) over his tirade. He threatened Univision with a breach of contract lawsuit.

Univision laughed at him.

Then, the Donald sent Univision a letter saying no Univision employee is allowed in Trump buildings. Then, Donald threatened Univision with a lawsuit if they didn't stop building a Univision office building right next to a Trump hotel and golf coarse in Florida.

So, NBC now cuts all ties with the angry,lying, lawsuit happy, sack o'sh*t.

Did the Donald not know NBC (Comcast) owns a couple of Spanish language US Television networks? For a guy who wrote "The Art of the Deal," Trump amazingly backed NBC into a corner, and left them no choice but to sever ties with him in order to save face.

Those are mostly Central Americans a lot of which, unfortunately, are here 'legally' as a result of sketchy amnesty-type arrangements that we granted. Many more are illegals from the same areas. You'll have to go south and west to find more Mexicans. Same problems apply though.
