This is true. I had a Republican friend of mine complain to me about Bill Clinton's "No Child Left Behind." That's a new one.

this whole partisan "we did this" "you did that" stuff is stupid. nothing would get done if one side suddenly decided to stonewall everything. both sides are responsible for what happens, good or bad but hey, i guess it's just easier to point blame and name call than actually considering the full situation.
