how would he get to the other state to do that..idiot..you can't commit a crime and ask to be locked up somewhere else

You could commit some sort of fraud in NY using a computer (or even phone). The FBI might want you then depending on how much so play it smart.

The BB is good but you got to book in advance. If you leave in the middle of the day its 17 bucks. Earlier departures cost more. Best bet is early departure on Saturday, you can be there in time to eat lunch in Manhattan.
