Ha ha....GOP screwing themselves again. Bonehners in a tight spot, doesn't want to cave in and appear weak. Yet the GOP will bear most of the blame if DHS is shut down. Mitch is trying to find a way out but Boehners not on the same page. Meanwhile "Twenty-four GOP senators are up for reelection next year" and if this thing backfires on them some seats could be lost to dems.

And the big picture? With the GOP making this about undermining the Obama immigration executive order, they've done a fine job of alienating the latino voters, which will come back to haunt them in 2016.

I feel bad for Boehner (not really). He's simply not up to the task of standing up to the teabaggers.

Who want's to be he gets the treatment every time they lose a vote to the Dems?

This has been an internal fight between Republicans from the beginning. Its just now that they have power their civil wars affect everyone.

The Republican Party is in far worse shape than the USA's infrastruture.
Including the power grid.
