How in the world could Megan possibly come out of all of this victorious, when she has a longer arrest and rap sheet than Josh, Janine, or Aaron? Josh, Janine and Aaron all also have valid drivers licenses and vehicles.

Janine and Aaron have jobs, and while Josh has spent time unemployed whike with Megan, he has a more steady work history than she does. There is no video online of these three attacking someone while screaming racial slurs. None of them had a fraudulent business using stolen pictures.

Josh actually has family in the picture, while Megan's family has distanced themselves.

So if her due date is June 2nd, that would mean that she conceived no later than the first week of October. Josh has been in jail since September 14th. So he can't be the father. Where do you think the information comes from that they use to calculate the due date. It comes in part from information the mother provides.

HCG levels, and size and measurements of the baby are the way they medically determine a due date.

This is probably a huge relief for Josh because it gives him more justification for ditching Megan. Imagine the judge's reaction to finding out Megan conceived a kid with another man while her husband was in jail doing time for a crime she committed. Megan will probably keep keep so she can move in with the father, assuming she knows who that is.

My comment had nothing to do with Megan. Don't care one way or the other. It was with the notion that a date of conception can be known with certainty without knowing the sexual activity of the mother. HCG levels vary significantly. Ultrasound, if done, is reliable only to a certain range. Pregnancy durations even without complications are not constant. Doctors use multiple data including the start date of the mother's last period as supplied by the mother to determine conception and due dates.
