If you have ghosts staying in a house, and that house burns to the ground, what happens to the ghosts?

It depends on whether your fire insurance has ghost rider. In that case, your ghost will be put up in a hotel of their choosing if the house become uninhabitable.

The ghost has to stay in the vicinity of the house for 125 years according to Betelgeuse.
