Who filmed Neil Armstrong's first step on the moon?

Before stepping on the moon, a "drawer" type thing on the underside of the Under side of the Lunar Module was opened. The camera was housed in the compartment and was able to get these historic first steps.

I believe he was Australian and left his Coke can on the set. That's why the original video no longer exists, just the video that was shot from NASA's TV screens.
