McCain AD says "Washington was broken for the last 4 years"

Is McCain on crack putting out an AD like this?

No, he's not on crack. Since no one can deny there's a problem, he wants to make it seem like he's not part of the problem.

Yeah, I have to agree, he's responding to polling that again and again shows that 70-80% of Americans agree that the country has been headed the wrong way for a while. Since he's been standing right there with the assholes who made it happen, he has to (try to) disassociate from them.
