Middle class households in the 60s look like lower middle income these days. Look at the crappy retail they shopped back in the 60s and 70s.

The demographics are changing. The pot continues to melt. The dumb/poor continue to breed and this country is definitely on a downard trajectory, but this is one of the best counties to live in in the entire world if you want to make a living.
