This Chinese restaurant wanted to put up a translation of their name for English speakers visiting for the Olympics. Did they a) find an English-speaking citizen to help them, or b) rely on their government-firewall-infested abomination they call teh internetz to print a sign of the language translation result?

It's probably better anyway. Would "We use 100% dog meat in our Chinese food" be any better? The average American will just order by number and never know anyway!
