I have wondered over the years just how much FedEx, UPS, and USPS are used for shipping drugs. In college I heard about someone who shipped weed to someone else via FedEx and I thought that was the dumbest thing anyone could possibly do. But evidently people do it and only get caught by accidents such as this one?

I have had occasion to happen upon drugs on three occasions, laying on the ground, and I can confirm... I never even considered not taking them for myself.
The last time was at Lowes in Manassas in the parking lot on a saturday morning about four years ago.. I found a dub sack of dirt weed.
So if this happened to me, I would be calling my party planner, not the cops.
