In Sully Plaza... place seemed to do a steady business, but apparently closed sometime within the last couple weeks. Anyone know the story?

I don't know, but sure am sad to see it go. I really liked that joint.

Maybe the shopping center owner raised rent too high so they moved.

Or the owner of the restaurant died.

Or whatever - could be a gajillion reasons other than "no business".

#1 seems to be a distinct possibility: the Shoppers a few doors down is closing too.

If they moved (or are moving), I'd love to know where the new location is. Good food, good people.

FYI...It all started with Combined Properties in Greenbriar. Once they raised their rent 67% in 2001, it trickled down Rte 50. A lot of small business owners couldn't afford to go from 12K monthly rent to almost 21K in monthly rent.

Um... 2001 was a long time ago.
