Big Crash at Lee Jackson and Route 50

Saw what looked like a huge crash this morning around 8:30 a.m. at Lee Jackson Highway and Route 50. Thinking somebody must have run a red light. Multiple fire trucks and Ambulances were on the scene.
Anyone have details on this?
