Anyone know why there are multiple helicopters flying low near the parkland in between Brookfield and Poplar Tree Estates?

OFFICIAL REPORT---

June 24, 2013 10:08PM to 10:15PM


Multiple Helicopters were spotted near the parkland in between Brookfield and Poplar Tree Estates as well as the Greenbriar section of Chantilly.

One resident reported that the helicopters were "flying low"

Another witness confirmed that the helicopters were flying over Greenbriar as well.

Wow!!! FCPD had the helicopter up over the area 12 hours before the shooting occurred!!!
