Mr. O'laughlen, I hope you realize that filing false misdemeanors is bad enough, but to file irrelevant felony charges on someone is a whole different thing. Here is why. A. The person you filed the false felony charge on would be entitled to file an enormous lawsuit on you. B. If the lawsuit is granted, you may have more problems other than being drained of every last dime, as you would end up spending some time in the Prince William County Adult Correctional Facility. Slander is also illegal, and looking at some of these posts and threats you have directed towards people on this site, you may end up being held accountable for these things. I hope that you have enough to back up your story because if you don't, your freedom may be taken away from you in the blink of an eye.

I heard that there's going to be an appeal and that it's already been filed. I was also told that there was a private investigator that was at the court hearing that heard everythingand and that the person that filed a protective order is a liar and still going to pursue perjury charges at the end of everything.

Oh yes, there is a civil lawsuit coming but it is going to be much more than $300k. When people own property in value excess of millions of dollars and you choose to behave badly, why not take it all. There is always a consequence to be settled and I'm fine with that coming in the form of financial restitution.
