What the hell is going on with PWC? Drove around for 15min and saw over 12 cops. It is really creeping me out and I feel very unsafe. There are just cops everywhere, less Spanish people but TONS of cops everywhere.

Cops everywhere except where the teens are robbing everyone blind at night. I have a sneaky suspicion their cop dads are telling them where there will be no surveillence.
