I live around broad run oaks and I see lots of low life ghetto people there. These people should be living in manassas. Your thoughts?

Broad run oaks "benefitted" from the loose loan practices in the mid 2000's. lots of minorities, often multiple families in one house. But as a deveolpment it sucks. Narrow streets, no pool and They have their hoa meeting at the tennis courts. Lol.
VA Oaks had to implement a keychain card pass system for their pool years back because of the BRO hoodlems trying to get in.
