Is it possible to do a small barbershop while living in there in northern Virginia?
I heard somewhere in the mid.south virginia you can do that.

Shit yeah. Man I used to come inside my barbacide liquid and still put my combs and scissors in there. I would always hey a kick during the day when I pulled a comb out and used it.
