Anyone know how long officer Rihl #1298 has been on the force in Arlington? He looks like a rookie

#1298....means he has been there since probably Sept/Oct 04' (keep in mind if he wasnt a lateral transfer, he would have gone to the police academy which takes 6 months). He looks young, but he is a good cop and decent guy.

Police portion of the academy is 5 months, Deputy School is 6 months.
