Is anyone else concerned about the dog at the house near the corner of 18th and Oakland? The dog is pretty much outside almost all the time from what I can see and appears to be very vicious. It aggressively barks at people, even children. And the fence on the house is flimsy and looks like it could collapse at any moment and the dog attack someone, maybe even kill someone. Where can this be reported to and is there anyone else who has noticed this who would also like to file a complaint?
