How the hell do I get into town and avoid I-66 HOV after i495? I can't find a way into town without getting on 66 via GPS.
Maybe down the line I'll slug, but for now...

When you say "town" do you me the shit hole we call DC?
Jump off of 66 onto 29 OR meander your way to 50.
There's metro, so park at Vienna and take a train.
You can get online and checkout commuter connect(ions?)
There's a shit ton of van pools around.
Put an ad on Craig's List.
Lyft
Uber
Taxi
Bike
Skateboard
Roller skates or inline skates
WALK

Yes just get on 66 east in the morning,Trump did away with the HOV violation. As part of his campaign promise to make America great again. They just have not removed the signs yet, to busy deporting illegals.
