I was doing weekend time for a prior charge and they found a small roach with weed in my possession can anyone tell me what the worst case scenario would be? I have no prior drug charges or a criminal background

You are probably looking at an extended sentence and maybe a fine. If you have a good enough lawyer, you might be able to convince the judge to give you community service, and make u take a substance abuse class.

Getting caught with weed in prison bumps the charge from a class 1 misdemeanor to a class 6 felony "more serious charge" with mandatory jail time. Good luck you are retard!!!
