On some streets the Loudon County police officers have road stops and make people show their licenses. What's up with that? I don't mind seeing Julio pulled over in his piece of shit toyota, hopefully being sent back to the shitty country he came here illegally from...just seems it goes against the spirit of the 4th amendment.

Loudoun County has a Sheriff's Department.....not a police department.

They do it all the time. I believe they have to publicize when and where they do it to make it not violate any laws. It's usually posted on loudountimes.com
