The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has released a sketch of a tattoo on the man believed to have sexually assaulted a woman March 18.

The incident began at about 2 a.m when investigators said the woman was walking across the parking lot of Finnegan’s Restaurant in the Ashburn Village Shopping Plaza.

Investigators said the woman asked the driver of a black late 1990s model Jeep to use his cell phone to call for a ride home.

After the woman voluntarily got in the Jeep, investigators said the man drove off and refused repeated requests from the woman to stop and let her go. He then sexually assaulted the victim before releasing her.

The suspect is described as a white man in his early 30s with blonde hair, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build, though he was described as being fit.

He is said to have a “flat” nose that is bent to his right.

He also has a large mole or freckle on his neck. His teeth were described as having gaps in them. He was wearing a gray hoodie-style sweatshirt with several knots in the string.
