Who in Loudoun One is buying tons of fireworks and turning them ove r to their kids, who are shooting them off all evening in residential areas?

I thought fireworks were illegal in public residential living areas in Loudoun County.

We have not had rain in ages and there is a fire danger, not to mention the constant noise in the streets at night.
