Noted several recent tagging murals in Loudoun that include the letters "DMV." One on a retaining wall under Gloucester Pkwy between Rt. 28 and Loudoun Cnty Pkwy and another on an old barn at Old Ox Rd(606) and Rt. 28. One or both have been covered over. Did a quick Google and didn't get much. Is this DMV a local gang, something else and does anyone have any info?
